Ballet and Dance is great for childrens co-ordination fitness and agility. Core body strength benefits the brain.

Critical thinking and handeye co-ordination come with the benfits of achievement, fun, and delicious treats when taking part in artwork and cookery. 

All our children love the guys from Teddy Tennis, it is a hugely popular company and we are very lucky to have them. Children learn to skillfully hit and return a ball over the net. The warm up activities are fun and everyone gets a sticker at the end of the session.
